Subject: Bunch of Thieves
Comment: I ordered meds on January 21, 2008. I never got the order; although, they said it was shipped twice. I finally asked for a refund. Customer Support said I had to fill out a form which they were going to email me. They never did. I finally got them to send the form. Then I had to wait. I was finally denied a refund because some song and dance about a bad vendor. They suggested I dispute it with my credit card company. So I did. When I checked my statement, they had charged me twice. I am filing a complaint with Consumer Protection Division of the Texas Attorney Generals Office and with the Federal Trade Commission. Rest assured of that.
