Comment: My order has said that it shipped for over two weeks now. Tracking number provided but when you check the carrier's website, there is no such tracking number. The customer service reps say they have no way to contact the pharmacy so there is no way of telling you what has happened. They are definitely taking everyone for a ride. I don't know why they haven't been blacklisted yet. All the CS reps do is say they will send a message to the pharmacy administrator but nothing more than that. Well, my complaint was sent to the pharmacy admin two weeks ago and according to the CS rep, there is still no answer. They are unable to tell me whether the meds will be shipped out today, tomorrow or next week. If the CS reps have no idea what the pharmacy is up to and cannot provide any information, what good are they? This is one of the worst places I've ever dealt with and they do nothing but lie. At this point, I don't think can be trusted and advise everyone to stay away from them. They don't keep their word and have no idea what is going on. Two stars is way too generous. davenewman
