Comment: You are 100 percent correct that their cs is useless. When they do get around to answering the phone, the only thing they tell you is they have no information and they will send or did send a message to the pharmacy....which ever one that is because they don't know what pharmacy your order is at....and they have not had a replay to their email so they don't have any idea about anything. My dog can give me the same information and she will work for milk bones. I will not use this service again. I am attempting to get my refills processed and the next consult will be with a different rop for sure. I will keep all posted on how the refills go thru.

Comment: My order has said that it shipped for over two weeks now. Tracking number provided but when you check the carrier's website, there is no such tracking number. The customer service reps say they have no way to contact the pharmacy so there is no way of telling you what has happened. They are definitely taking everyone for a ride. I don't know why they haven't been blacklisted yet. All the CS reps do is say they will send a message to the pharmacy administrator but nothing more than that. Well, my complaint was sent to the pharmacy admin two weeks ago and according to the CS rep, there is still no answer. They are unable to tell me whether the meds will be shipped out today, tomorrow or next week. If the CS reps have no idea what the pharmacy is up to and cannot provide any information, what good are they? This is one of the worst places I've ever dealt with and they do nothing but lie. At this point, I don't think can be trusted and advise everyone to stay away from them. They don't keep their word and have no idea what is going on. Two stars is way too generous. davenewman

Subject: recommend
Comment: Have used 1Meds.com for a couple of years. Never have had any problems. Medications used to always come next day, now sometimes they take two. Refill service on internet is quick and easy.
I recommend them if you have records. Might be more expensive than others, but they have stood the test of time. Sometimes that is more important than a few extra dollars.

Subject: Ordering pain meds
Comment: I've been ordering pain meds from 1stmeds for about a year. To my surprise, when I wanted to order a refill they had me confused with a women(I'm a man) told me they didn't have my records, which I faxed a while a go and had to settle for a lesser medication because I needed pain medication. I couldn't wait until 3 days for somebody to figure it out. They sure didn't confuse when it came to taking the consultation fee.

Subject: Shipping
Comment: Well my order has been in shipping for 6 days now. When I call customer service they say they have contacted the pharmacy manager but have not heard back yet and have no way to call him????? Do they really think I fell off the cabbage truck yesterday. They do business with a pharmacy that they have no way to contact except by email....yeah right. I think either my order has not been sent to the pharmacy or they owe so much money to the pharmacy that they have not paid their bill to yet that the pharmacy refuses to ship until they get their account up to date. I really don't know what I should do. Maybe do a charge back and try another service. This will be my last time using them.

Comment: May be I am quite a lucky person, but I faced quick service when I bought from 1stmeds..My orders were delivered in time and even earlier!I keep on ordering there!
