Comment: After I waited the 3 weeks to receive my order, I sent an email stating that I had not received it. I had to finally call them and ask where it was. I looked it up at USPS and they have no record of it, I am back to calling them again...

Comment: I ordered, had to look up the shipment date, but it did arrive exactly 10 working days after it shipped. Just have to have patience. I'll use them again.
